Chelsea in Love Weddings Terms & Conditions

Please read this booking terms carefully and then sign to confirm your booking. Please note, signature and payment are both required to fully confirm.

1. Services Provided

Chelsea In Love Weddings offers wedding content creation services as outlined in your booking confirmation. This includes capturing behind-

the-scenes moments, social media content, and other specified deliverables as agreed upon at the time of booking. A limited number of photos will be capture as not to conflict with your wedding photographer.

2. Booking and Payment

• A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total balance is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full 6 weeks before the event. Unless an upfront payment has been arranged.

• Payment links will be provided for all transactions. Please ensure payment is completed promptly to confirm your booking.

3. Cancellation Policy

• If you cancel your booking more than 60 days before your wedding date, you will receive a refund of any payments made, minus the non-refundable deposit.

• Cancellations made less than 60 days but more than 30 days before the wedding will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total service fee.

• Cancellations made 30 days or less before the wedding will result in no

refund.

4. Changes to Booking

• Requests to reschedule your booking will be accommodated where possible, subject to availability. A rescheduling fee may apply.

• Any changes to the agreed-upon services must be requested in writing and may result in additional charges.

• If a request to reschedule is submitted but there is no availability the cancellation charges will apply from section 3.

5. Content Delivery

• All unedited content clips will be delivered within 24hrs after your wedding date unless otherwise agreed.

• Edits videos and reels will be delivered within 48hrs after your wedding

date unless otherwise agreed.

• Content will be provided in a format suitable for social media sharing and will be delivered by WeTransfer link. If specific file formats or additional editing are required, additional fees may apply.

6. Use of Content

• By booking Chelsea In Love Weddings, you agree that we may use select content for promotional purposes (e.g., social media, website) unless you notify us otherwise in writing before your wedding date.

• We will tag and invite your account to ‘collaborate’ in all social media content, along with the suppliers of your wedding were possible. If you would prefer us not to tag you please notify us in advance.

7. Liability

• While every effort is made to deliver high-quality content, Chelsea In Love Weddings is not liable for unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to equipment failure, weather conditions, or restrictions imposed by the venue.

• In the unlikely event of illness or inability to attend, we will endeavour to find a suitable replacement or provide a full refund.

8. Force Majeure

• Chelsea In Love Weddings shall not be held responsible for cancellations or delays caused by events beyond our control, such as adverse weather, natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions.

9. Agreement

By completing your booking form and making payment, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please ensure you have read and understood them before making your payment.
